To confirm your booking with us, we require a 50% deposit on all safari packages. This deposit secures your reservation and guarantees your place. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before your arrival.

 Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• 91 days or more before arrival – No cancellation fee
• 90 to 30 days before arrival – 25% of the total booking cost
• Less than 30 days before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost

We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your safari investment in case of unexpected changes or cancellations.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
However, we understand that travel plans can vary, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure times based on your flight schedule. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist wherever possible.

Travel & Medical Insurance
As we are located in a remote part of Zambia by choice, we strongly advise all guests to have full medical evacuation insurance. The nearest hospital is limited in resources and may not always have a doctor on site, so adequate cover is essential for your safety and peace of mind.
